He been in the biz for quite while and really is not so bad with design.

He does good banners for 10 bucks and if ya looking for better quality than 10 bucks talk to em about it. I just saw some of his other work and its good quality work:)

Appearently he has a pretty fast turn around time as well.

His stuff is not bad, all one needs to do is take a look at his cheap rates and ask for quality rates ( Of which from the sounds of it all you could barely afford. 10 bucks a banner and sniveling on GFY about it just makes you a fucken retard. )

See above. And yeah it was not to hot thats for sure but you got what ya pay for and I think ya got off lucky. Ya want great banners how about you save up some and get the right ones ya need the first time around by paying properly for it instead of pinching and hustling on some of the most important elements of any website?
