High court takes broadcast indecency case
 

WASHINGTON ? The Supreme Court on Monday announced it would review broadcast indecency standards in a case involving celebrities who uttered expletives at the Golden Globes and other award shows.
The case, which arises against the larger backdrop of whether network television has been pushing the limits of sexual content to complete with cable, would be heard in the court term that begins in fall.
