well, being under 21 doesnt man ya cant pass it out if she was 18 at the time. The only thing she was guilty of was sneaking drinks. Being painted and basically a waitress ..that apparently snuck drinks is not Trumps problem, nor anyone elses really. Now should it have happened prior to 18th bday its a bit more but still not Trumps problem.
