Do they still sell the italian specila bread at your local subways?

you gotta be kidding me - Subway sucks, every sandwich tastes the same no matter what's in it or what it's called.

you live in Montreal, there must be tons of great mom and pop real Italian sandwich shops with real fresh baked Italian bread.

all subways have closed down in mine and nearby cities... damnit.

I concur with Mutt. Subway sucks, and the chain is a mis-managed clusterfuck.

Why anyone would want a franchise I do not know. Case in point: I live in a city of about 4800 people. Fast food wise, we have a Subway and a McDonalds. That's it... and plans were just approved for another Subway - different "owner" though.
