Artist required for line/color work and web design
 

Line/Color artist:

Creating finished, high quality mascots based on sketches supplied by our mascot artists.

Artist must have skills with Photoshop's path and shapes tools and be able to work to deadlines and spec with the level of quality that our clients have become used to.

Proceedures will be explained if the artist gets the work.



Web Design Artist:

Web designer must be able to work to deadline, spec, and produce high quality, detailed results. Our style is distinctive... and we like it... and so do our clients. So you'll have to be able to have that 'feel' ... I am not sure that'll come from simply trying to copy us ... as I've seen other designs that have tried to 'copy' our sites in the past ... and it doesn't work ;)

Design does NOT have to have CSS or slicing skills, but understand how CSS etc works. This is an art position, not a tech one.

I genuinely believe that when you focus, you produce better results. Working as an 'all round' guy or girl, you wont be what we need. You might know the skills, but we don't want them. Our CSS guy is awesome already :)



We're looking for people who can focus on either one of these tasks ... we don't need someone who can do it all ... if you can do line/color work, and web design, and you have the portfolio to back it up ... great :) If not, it's fine... one of the two is fine :)

We have spent two years working on designs for the adult industry and we like to think that we generally produce pretty high quality designs ... however, demand for our work has become insane and we're definitely looking to expand to a degree.

The reason we haven't taken on more staff is because we're too precious about the quality. Well, this is why any artist we contract to, must work to our spec and be good at what they do.

If you think you have the skills, reply in this thread with examples of your work or hit me on ICQ. I'm exceptionally busy so wont necessarily be able to have a full blown conversation there and then.

We are getting a consistent amount of work in and if this works out on a contract basis, the artist[s] could be offered a permanent position.
