No Stolen Content ... No Fuckin Traffic

thats the tube site phenomena explained right here...

payd2purv 03-19-2008 03:12 PM

Pretty much.

And people DO get off on 3 minute clips.

CarlosTheGaucho 03-19-2008 03:21 PM

In other words - your main and only motivation to come to a sex site is to get off, if you find a bunch of full length videos, the main motivation is gone and dissapeared in a couple of minutes.

The surfer visited the site, but you have automatically disqualified yourself of taking advantage of his only motivation.

Once they are all made legit, the traffic will drop initially but if the surfers have nowhere else to go then the legit tubes and tgps will still be the place to get some free porn. So the traffic will still be bigish and we can all go back to making some nice $$

The problem isn't "tube sites" the problem is piracy.

Newsgroups, torrents, illegal tube sites, warez sites, P2P, surfer boards... If all the tube sites went away tomorrow, the problem remains the same.

Cut off the money and let them host it all for free... Won't be long before they all die.

But companies like AFF would prefer to turn a blind eye and fuck the entire industry.

All this free porn over the last year or so is like free crack. It wont be free forever as the market will correct itself. The good news its getting people watching it and eventually they will have to pay. Bad news is some good companies are going have to sustain themselves until then.
