besides they last downtime for few good hours, how is hosting with them :) ?

do such situations as above happen often ?

This last bit of downtime they had was a strange fluke. I've had servers there for years and find the service to be among the best around. :2 cents:

I've been using them for about 6 years , no problems. That downtime was a fluke.

I have been with them for a while and have no complaints. Great support and friendly staff. I think this last time was a fluke, because in the past, these maintenance moments go real quick.
