I got a curable one time. I never get laid. Fucked very few people. Always use a condom. Since I got one living like that I'm pretty much afraid to stick it in anything now.

good quality, properly used and not breaking condom is virtualy 100% secure against STD's that require fluid exchange

there are some other STD's like herpes which can be contacted through skin to skin contact, but I'm not sure if these kind make the majority of STD's
