Ok.. So Puma (from Puma Swede dot com) and I are out shooting...We finished the shoot and where driving home,well out of no where.. there is a cop behind us and wants to pull her over.. and started yelling at her over his loud speaker

Well there are a couple of problems.

A.) there was no plates on the truck (it is new)
B.) she is half naked (in a shirt and panties)
C.) I am sitting in the front seat taking pictures..

Well to make a long story short..She gets pulled over.. the cop though the truck was stolen.. once he figured out it wasn't stolen and that she was Puma Swede a Porn Star.. He let her go, no ticket.. no trouble..

Sorry man, I'm really not trying to make it personal, but I honestly have zero respect for law enforcement, and you damn well know that if it was either one of us in that situation we would still be waiting to bond out of jail.

The fact that he gave her a break has nothing to do with whether or not he will give someone a break in the future, regardless of if he sees that video or this post.

I only wish that Catalyst got the cop acting like a dick on video so he could post that here, too..

The cop did nothing wrong. He was doing his fucking job, and any normal person would have been cut loose. There are 1,000's of cars on the road with no plates on because they are new vehicles. The only time someone would go to jail for it is if they have a chip on their shoulder like you do.

Well, my concern would have been if he was in the video. Since he wasn't, I highly doubt anyone will find out unless some idiot on GFY decides to send a link to the NHP. For that reason alone I might remove them from the server.

Secondly.. from my understand.. places where there is no excepted right of privacy.. streets, malls, etc..etc.. etc.. then you can shoot as long as it is not for ads or trade. There are cases where people on the streets of New York are photographed ( and placed on the cover of the time mag) with out a release.. or there was another person who was photographed.. and he was used in a gallery and there was some thing about how is not allowed to be photographed ( it is part of his religious system)..

There is a huge difference between no plates on a car and a temporary tag. Nobody gets a new vehicle and drives it off the lot with no plates...even the shittiest dealership gives you a temporary tag when you purchase a vehicle. Are you honestly trying to argue that fact?

I don't know what state you live in, but here in CA you get a piece of paper that you tape on your windshield. No cop is going to see that from behind.

I was just remembering about an incident I had with Newport Beach PD back in the early 70's.

A couple things you should know, is back then I had very long hair and a beard. I was on my chopper and Newport Beach were (probably still are) some of the biggest pricks when it comes to traffic violations. They additionally were not too fond of long haired Harley riders cruising through their pristine city.

Anyway, this bike was a 1942 H-D, total chopper, and I had no plates. I had a friend at the DMV that had given me a stack of temporary registration tags and when one expired, I simply pulled out another.

Anyway, this motorcycle cop pulled me over and decided to go thru everything. Checking frame and engine numbers, etc. To be honest, I was not very comfortable with the scrutiny.

He ran my numbers and came back telling me the numbers came registered to a Moped. I thought I was screwed.

Nope. He simply said, "well this is obviously not a moped." He handed me my paperwork and sent me on my way.

Granted, I was quite a handsome young man back then, but I was no Puma Swede, and he sent me on my way.

It is all about attitude. If you have one with the cops, they will have one with you. Most of the time, if you are cool with them they will be cool with you.

Hell, I have become friendly with cops that had ticketed me on multiple occasions. I remember making a bet with one Manhattan cop. The stakes being, if I won he would not show up in court when my trial came up.

I won the bet. He called me and told me to go ahead and show up in court, he would not be there.

Actually, the more stories I type, the more I remember.

Somebody better teach him to put his Bat Belt together better before he gets himself killed.

Come on man, you know better than that. I live in Ohio now, which gives temporary tags, but I used to live in Tennessee, and they also give you the paper you put in your back window. I have also seen the papers from California, and please don't tell me the cops can't see them. Even if for some odd reason they couldn't, they wouldn't continue to harass you once they pulled you over and would immediately recognize them, not to mention being able to call them in and verify.

Catalyst said the truck was pulled over for no plates, and in the video Puma said the cop was being rude. I spent 10 years running adult bookstores and strip clubs, and I have seen police misconduct on a level you could never comprehend. I'm not talking about misconduct stemming from me being a smart ass with a chip on my shoulder, I'm talking about serious misconduct. Most of the stores I ran , due to intense regulation, were in some of the most violent ghettos in the Midwest. You don't know me from Adam, so don't act like you do from one post you didn't comprehend...
