reason why I can't connect to a lot of US sites these days. Just read that they are in fights with ISP's and the company I use connects to one of the parties involved (I'm using Nextgentel in Norway that connects to Telia Sonera in Sweden)..

Can anyone confirm that delivery2.worldwidecontent.com is cogent? Can't connect to xxxcontentdirect.com either. Not a good week for me to buy content :/

it isn't cogents fault from what I understand, they tried to get the others to bump up their quality and the others wouldn't, whcih was causing bottlenecks, so they had to shut them off from the system

I hounestly don't know, but they've had issues with several other companies like OpenTransit (France Telecom), Teleglobe, ATDN and Level3. Telia is rather huge so this isn't good. Atleast not for me :/

Pretty sad situation that fucks the net for a lot of people. I see that my company Nextgentel has posted a message about it, but they don't know squat about when it could be solved. Nada content for me :/
