First of all I have no sites that push the age limit boundary. I don't want any. I usually like the porn on my sites, it makes updates more fun :winkwink:. I like mainstream fake sexy girls like Nikki Benz. This is purely a theoretical question.

If most states say anyone 16 years old can fuck anyone that they want, and the rest say 17 year olds can then why can't 17 year olds be depicted in porn? I realize why they can't actually be in porn, they arent adults, but why is it not ok to get an 18 year old and call her 17 to help some perv out with his fantasy since 17 year olds can fuck anyone they want anyway as long as a camera isn't around.

so you are saying that a 17 year old girl can jump on you and have her way with you, all legal, but if she takes a picture of the event and leaves the photo in your apartment you are in possession of something very illegal?

Yes, which allows them to practice driving under adult supervision. Sure, if you wanna nitpick you can call that driving, but in reality it's not nearly as bad as a dumb 16-year-old who just got his drivers license and "borrowed" dad's car for a joyride. :)

No way dude not in my home province. A 14yo can get a learners license and be able to drive with ANYONE that has a full driver's license including his/her 16yo buddy :(

Not really it all goes to what is considered a reasonable age to engage in certain activities.

A) 16yo driving a car on a freeway doing 120km/hour while passing within a few feet of on coming vehicles = acceptable

B) 16yo taking a picture of her tits = unacceptable

it is about "The legal age of consent" .. fucking your inbred brother and signing a release and consent to allow someone to distribute pictures of you fucking and sucking and then them making huge bank off of it are 2 very different things .. you can make a stupid move and hopefully not get knocked up and carry on with the rest of your life with your family hiding their dirty little secret when you fuck your friends after school.. but if you allow someone who is not mentally old enough yet or capable of foreseeing their future and or the possible results it will have on them forever..secondly .. if you open up the market to this age group ..the really REALLY BAD GUYS will and do take advantage of these people incapable of making the right decisions .. Driving a vehicle around with your buddies being a dork involves simple rules .. yes they can and may change your life .. but allowing fucked up fuckers to pray on kids to make money off of and mentally abuse are 2 very different things .. in my opinion ..
