Mine was partly the reason why I left this business a year ago.

But now she sees that I'm unhappy doing mainstream and is pretty comfortable with me going back to adult.

My wife hates porn too. But she loves the constant chase to get laid everyday. So she actually loves it but doesnt know why.

How many wives have you ever heard telling their hubby to stop making good money and working, not whole lot. Chance are if you wife is telling you to stop this it is to get a "real job" But no wife is saying get a real job if you are making money at this one. Notice none of the bigger guys ever quit for their wife?

Their's no way even the stupidest wife would ask you to stop earning, IF you are earning.

I've never met a woman who didn't like what I did. Women love porn, if your wife is jealous of porn thats fucked. Don't quit the industry because of that, are you gonna quit your new job if your wife thinks your co workers are too hot?

I disagree, sometimes morals override the importance of money. For example, if you could double your income by spamming porn but you knew that at least 10% was arriving in children's mailboxes, would you continue doing it?

Note this is not directed specifically at you. It's a fairly extreme example, and purely ficticious, but the point is that some people's partners cannot be sold out, so to speak. :) My wife isn't too keen on me doing adult.

just wish there wasn't such a social stigma. women are more sensitive to friendships and relationships and such, and social stigmas can ruin their (fake) friendships. so everything is cool, but the social stigma thing is a big drag.

Funny thing is that neither my wife or I enjoy porn. It is just what I do to make a living, and she knows better than anybody that what I do involves PR work, number crunching, campaign tweaking, etc. Of course familiarizing yourself with your content is KEY, so I do view porn to that extent.

The thing is, my wife knows I'm a businessman and that I make calculated decisions. When I told her I was going into porn, I showed her the numbers, promotional methods, etc. She saw that it wasn't a hobby, and she's had nothing but respect and admiration for what I do ever since.

The feeling was mutual when she decided to start her own business... As with my porn path, her business is coming together slowly but surely as well. :thumbsup

mines cool with it, i've been lucky enough to have someone who supports me in whatever i do...and respect my choices, esp. when whatever i choose makes me happy. she's in the mainstream side of biz, so understands.....

My live-in girlfriend is fine with it and always has been. Sometimes I let her hold my checks on the way to the bank. She gets a kick out of it - honestly lol.

She works at a supermarket so one of my checks is like a months pay for her.

I'm not a jew but i live like one - we split all the bills lol
