*Some advice - don't procrastinate this year - IMPORTANT Internext Summer Update.....
 

First off I would like to thank all the sponsors who will be making Internext Summer the top notch event it is every year. All of the sponsors hard fast support for this show makes my job a pleasure to do every day.

A couple important announcements:

1) Book your rooms early, we are seeing a huge amount of early bookings this year. If you want an ocean view room you definitley need to book early. The insane rate we negotiated with the Westin is good for all Standard rooms, while they last.You really don't want to stay offsite, do you??

3) Book your flight early, save $$ and make sure you make it in time for the Mix and Meet Market on Thursday evening, followed by the GFY Warmup party.

2) If the Reservations tells you they are sold out, make sure you mention you are with Internext. I have had a few clients call me and tell me this. Also, if you book out of our date block you may need to do a seperate reservation as our rate is only good for the 7th through the 10th. If anybody continues to have problems with this, let me know and I will get a hotel rep to call you.

3) Remember to register early to take advantage of the early bird discount, no we cant make our show free, but we can save you a few bucks in the process. I think anyones who's been to the summer show can attest that you can pay for your badges, hotel, and all expenses in a few hours in the lobby or at the pool. (Closed Venues have their advantages).

4) Remember we have made some major changes to this years show, the show floor will no longer be in the Convention center, but in an Air Conditioned Pavilion by the pool. If you still want a booth, a few are left.

5) Although we have sold out our premium sponsorships, I still have some great items left including a few Cabana's (wont last long) and some powerful sponsorship and advertising options. Anyone who was at Phoenix Forum can see the advantage of a closed venue, spend your marketing dollars wisely.

6) We have some killer packages available to save you wads of cash - whether you want a pavilion booth, cabana or just advertising - we have packages to fit every budget at the best attended insdustry event of the summer.


Many people tell me if there are three "can't miss events" each year (Acronyms are ILV, IS and TPF) dont miss out.......

I reserved my room with an ocean view. I'm looking forward to this show as I have heard so many positive things about it, but was not able to attend in the past. My summer job at the Jersey shore as a level 3 beach chair technician has always kept me too busy to think about anything else.

What is a level 3 beach chair technician?????:helpme:helpme:helpme

At level three not only can I set up beach chairs, but I am also qualified to set up beach umbrellas. I started as a level one apprentice several years ago learning the fine craft of unfolding and folding beach chairs under the supervision of a master beach chair technician. When I was promoted to level two I was able learn the art of pushing the beach umbrella poles into the sand. After two years at that I got promoted to level three. Now I can keep my own tips and whatever money or jewelry I find in the sand WHOOO HOOOOO. Before I had to split them with the master. I am hoping someday to get my master beach chair technician license and then I can get my own cabana and rent out rubber rafts as well.

Thanks for the reminder. I just picked up a double room that is oceanfront and includes a balcony. Not too bad of a price either.
