My Texas tornado pictures (morning after)

About 4 am last night we hear this wind, lightning, thunder and warning sirens go off. Nothing unusual for N. Texas but it was scary. I got lucky with just some roof and fence damage and over flooded what will be the pool, but check out my neighbor..

Happens every year. you never know when it going to hit you. It may pass by, but it may hit you in the face.

Spunky 04-10-2008 08:42 PM

Damn..we may get flooded but at least we have some notice to evacuate

bobby666 04-10-2008 09:01 PM

Kard63 04-10-2008 09:17 PM

Nice neighborhood. Was their any large hail? tornados cause serious damage and that shit takes too long to repair but large hail. Pssssh I can make a ton of loot on that shit.

Phil 04-10-2008 09:23 PM

No hail this time.

halfpint 04-10-2008 09:25 PM

Thankfully we dont get many tornados over here in the UK that cause damage like that
Glad you are ok though

Hmm. roofs and siding are where the easy cash are. Do you know how many homes were effected by this storm?

SuzzyQ 04-11-2008 02:29 AM

I'll take a blizzard over a tornado any day. Tornado's are scary as all hell.

WebAdultSolution 04-11-2008 02:35 AM

Ohhh man.....hope nobody was hurt!

V_RocKs 04-11-2008 02:37 AM

I would tell him to fix that shit right away. Brings down the property values.

madawgz 04-11-2008 02:48 AM

martinsc 04-11-2008 03:02 AM

G.A.F 04-11-2008 03:08 AM

I would have moved to a non-tornado area if that had happened to me. Wouldn't be able to live with that threat over my family... :Oh crap
I hope nobody was hurt.

viencarl 04-11-2008 04:16 AM

I hope your fine and nobody was hurt.......

IllTestYourGirls 04-11-2008 06:59 AM

pigface 04-11-2008 07:13 AM

i hope your internet is still working....:)

pornguy 04-11-2008 07:16 AM

Good to hears you and your family are ok, even if the family is you and your puters.

Try to give back to the neighbors by helping. We always do, and it makes for great friendships, and often big thanks and help in return.

Michaelious 04-11-2008 07:23 AM

Bad damage but it could have been worse.

baddog 04-11-2008 07:37 AM

I was hoping it was going to make it up here, but alas, not to happen.

HotMeghan_GL 04-11-2008 08:07 AM

ouch, glad you're ok!

Elli 04-11-2008 08:14 AM

For some reason that scares me more than the threat of a random earthquake! Glad everyone was ok!

Bojangles 04-11-2008 08:35 AM

Damn, that would suck.

tranza 04-11-2008 09:21 AM

Scott McD 04-11-2008 09:23 AM

That don't look so good... :helpme

Holly 04-11-2008 09:54 AM

We're getting all that later today and tonight. I think it's making it's way through Mississippi now. Our weather man has been going nuts all day and breaking in with little comments, even though we've still got awhile before it gets here. I coach a girls 8 & Under softball team and they went ahead and canceled our game for tonight.

Madame0120 04-11-2008 10:05 AM

DANG! There's my reminder to check the emergency supplies. Glad to see you are all okay. Thankfully, weather often takes a left around our lil part of way N TEXAS and all we got was rain and hail, no sirens.

Good Luck with the repairs!

HAPPYPEEKERS 04-11-2008 11:02 AM

That sucks.. so sorry :(

Anna_Miller 04-11-2008 11:23 AM

Wow that is crazy, you did get lucky.

We had 70 mph gusts of wind yesterday which actually turned our SUV sideways when we were driving home. No othing compared to what it your house though!

PerrieBelle 04-11-2008 11:26 AM

erk!! I'm so glad that we don't get tornados over here in England :(

Sosa 04-11-2008 11:28 AM

Chris 04-11-2008 11:30 AM

we had sirens and storms all night the other night to
sux it hit ya guys but glad im still intact here

Altheon 04-11-2008 11:41 AM

Did the tornado tear off real brick or was it that faux brick stuff?

BradM 04-11-2008 11:47 AM

And people give Californians shit for living where there are earthquakes. I'll take one of those over a tornado any day thanks.
