BigHip problem.. Anyone else too?
 

Seems like BigHip has added Physical Address fields to campaigns. I never noticed it before so I guess it's new, seems a bit strange to me to have to enter your physical address in a campaign though... Anyway, when I click next I keep getting this error: 'Please Provide a Valid Address'. The address however IS valid. The address even shows up there automatically so I guess they just pull it up from my account or something. Anyway, I cannot send my newsletter because of this problem. I tried Live Help but that doesn't seem to be so very Live... and I didn't see a message saying that my message was sent or anything like that. I don't see any support contact e-mail address or whatsoever. Anyone else here having problems with creating campaigns?

I've also noticed that I have wayyyyyy less subscribers to my newsletter since I switched to BigHip. I've been using bighip for quite a while now and I think that I would have had at least 10 x the number of subscribers by now with the newsletterservice I was using before (but they had some disadvantages, which is why I switched to bh). At this point I have absolutey no idea what the cause of it is so I'm gonna try to figure that out.

I give up...

They did add the physical address field the other day. Go to Account > Account Info and you can modify it there. You may have to modify yours from an actual billing address to the address you use for mailers such as a P.O. Box.

One of the things that drove me to start up my own business doing opt in permission based emails for the adult industry was big hip. I was using them with another client and I had never ever seen such appaling service, unhelpful staff, limited and bad software and MOST importantly, delivery. I just don't get emails sent via bighip. On any of about 15 email addresses. They just can't get them to the inbox.

I run at 99% delivery. Including yahoo.

Are you offering your services? If so, drop me an email with details and I'll send it to our guy who runs our mail. I'm concerned with their ability to get into inboxes myself.

bighip sucks ass bad.. their delivery is worse now than I have ever seen. 10 seeds and I get 2 MAX.
