nah, it's just a nice thick biz card, but you can cut someone up with it if they talk to you the wrong way - works better then mace :1orglaugh jk

How are they designed? is it just a seperate file for each "frame" of the animation? 2 frames max obviously..

each frame is a separate layer in photoshop - actually we can do up to 12-15 frames for an animated card - get in touch if you want to get started on a design :thumbsup
