I put the 30 option if you want to self make pasta too and get fancy.

I wear a size 0 and XS. Size small is often TOO BIG for me. Jeans size 24. I was blessed with a very high metabolism. I can eat as much as I want and never get fat. At the fattest I will probably have to wear jeans in a size 25-26.

Certain brands I will actually fit in a XXS instead of XS.
I am just lucky. I see people who eat much less than me but who are 5x as big.

I don't know about cholesterol, it might be high even though I'm small.
