CCBILL Contact who is well educated on their policies?
 

Does anyone know of, or can point me to a contact at CCBILL who is a guru on what they can and cannot do when 2 CCBILL clients want to possibly merge?

It seems like everytime we call and get a phone rep, we get a different answer. I just want 1 person who knows what they are talking about and can answer our questions correctly.
