Need Some Photoshop CS2 MAJOR HELP!
Well... all of a sudden I'm getting this message when I try to load photoshop...
"Unable to continue because of hardware or system error. Sorry, but this error is unrecoverable" ...then of course the only option is to QUIT. I've done a re-start and a uninstall and reinstall of the program, still get the same error. If anyone could help, be much appreciated. I used photoshop everyday so this was a nice shit on my day... I have about a 6 or 7 yr old Sony VAIO and Win XP. Thanks in advance... |
It's their nice way of telling you that they checked your serial #.

If it's a legal copy, have you tried contacting Adobe regarding this problem? I did once for something else, and they were fairly quick to respond (altough it didn't solved the problem, lol)

Photoshop has issues like that every now and then. Deleting the temp files and the settings (forget the exact path to it, %approot% or something like that) usually does the trick. Save your actions and layouts in a separate location so you can import them back later on. Especially your actions.

yeah, you need to delete your preferences file or whatever they call it.
