Very true, business can ruin a friendship for sure. I found that out the hard way. In most situations I would think it would be better to look past the friendship and be in boss mode (even if you are partners). Otherwise the business can truly hurt as a result of giving too much leeway to a buddy and in most instances it will ruin the friendship entirely.

I don't just walk away..I've already gave him plenty of notice if he doesn't get his shit together..
