If you ever seen some of the pictures he posted on here you may think otherwise. Number on the other hand is down right silly. Then the actual infection rate would be statistically much lower.

Yeah its basically a criminal act to knowingly expose others to AIDS so lets get him in jail and tested? Some sponsor has his name/address to forward to the police or FBI (across state lines maybe?)
