Actually the one I am using in my SIG ( since its only in my sig) is NOT the copyrighted version, Its a devil that someone else drew and it looks like it. look at the shoes, he is wearing converse, so since thats a copyrighted name should i make him remove his shoes?

You're doing a really shitty job of stating that you're not using a copyrighted character created by Kirk McCusick. The shoes having a few little touches changed and a color skew doesn't mean that it's not copyright infringement. "Beastie" is still copyrighted, and I can't force you, but I can only ask that you stop using it. However, I will state that I will not promote you as long as you're stealing someone else's property.
