HELP: PR sites value and link value

Hi. I want to ask about PR3 - PR5 site (true pagerank, not fake),

I've bought some lately and I want to sell text links (valued by pagerank).
Traffic is misserable, domains have non-adult content.

How much are plain domains (bad domain names usually), usually 1-3 years old with miserable traffic (maximum few hundreds a month).

How much are one-way LINK valued for PR3, PR4, PR5?
Sites doesn't have now any outgoing link, pure text. Pagerank is not build on reciprocal hardlinks so it doesn't matter.

Last question, what pays better for PR links? Text-link-ads or Direct-link-ads or someone else?
Thanx for reply.

Has the content been the same on the sites, has it been updated, is it years old?

Are these drops that you just re-added the old html index to minus links?

What type of "real pr" do they have? Is it all from one-two inbounds or sitewides from one domain, or is it numerous sites linking with lesser pages?

How old is the PR, what do the sites look like in archive.org? What is googles thoughts on the sites, what does "link: and site:" searches return for them?

There is too many questions to generalize what a link is worth, i have a pr3 site ranked very well that sends a minimum of $300-$400 from every link on the page, even a small text spot. Most people wouldnt buy a pr3 link for more then 15-20 max, but i wouldnt sell one for less then 400-500 off that particular site.

There is no formula, just ways to check and value it, even then, its gonna depend on the calibre of link buyers you find, maybe 30% will even ask or check the things i listed above.

Just bought domains without content and added some simple texts (few pages) that are similar to previous content.

So 15-20$ monthly is OK for PR3 with similar content but no 1st-hand info for research of "quality rank" compatibility?
Or I can ask more if the PR3 will have just 1 outgoing link, or maybe few with TLA or direct-link-ads?

Anyone else got something to say? :D

Don't get into too much bullshit dude, you are not selling an Audi or an Island. 99% of the times the value of PR links are what someone is paying, and what someone is willing to sell at.

You can find PR5 links for $15-$20 a month, or $50-$80 for permanent .. but at the same time you will find some sellers selling at no less than $100 a month.

Like Jdoughs said there are quite a few factors, but he just went into too much detail. May be his opinion was biased because he sells PR links himself. No offense meant Jdoughs.

Based on your details, here is the rough idea of what you can charge.

PR3 - $10-$15 a month
PR4 - $15-$20 a month
PR5 - $25-$30 a month

.. provided that you have no more than 15-20 outgoing links.

To get even better idea, browse buy & sell section of this forum and see what other people are charging and what other people are willing to pay.

A quick tip, before starting selling them make sure you have some content on the site. Easiest way is to setup some RSS based automatic blog, with decent template .. so that your site doesn't look crap.
