hello, I am curious about this, in theory if you have a domain like teentm.com (i don't own it ;)) ... is 1) launching a site on that domain against any laws?
2) is having logo as you see in title at http://www.teentm.com -> teen (tm) ... against any laws? or you can do it without running into troubles?
