No not at all.. I see nothing going right now that the constitution doesn't already block/stop - but is ignored anyway because the upper courts can simply make a ruling and nobody has a choice.

He can't enforce anything in the constitution when he isn't the person that makes judgments based on it.

You do understand the value of gold is currently fake? Did you know we don't have enough gold, even at it's current value, to replace the silver certs in our country or cover them at all? Do you think the value of gold would increase or drop when the market is flooded with a new - real value dollar, ie gold, that was never on the market before?

Ron Paul only speaks of ideas and no action of plan on those ideas. Much like Obama.

Ron Paul is a crackpot. My main objection to him is his suggestion that the United States should withdraw from both the United Nations and NATO. That would enable us to take even more unilateral military action in the future. I DEFINITELY don't support that. He's also a very strong pro-lifer and supports an all-out ban on abortions. Abortion is none of the government's business. He does have some good ideas. I love the idea of dissolving the Federal Reserve and getting back to an economy backed by gold. Unfortunately his bad ideas trump any good ideas he might have.

One more thing I would like to point out is that most vocal potheads vehemently support Ron Paul because he is in favor of legalizing pot. I have no opinion on that subject at all. I outgrew pot in high school so I couldn't care less about its legality. I certainly wouldn't vote for someone as nutty as Ron Paul just to get pot legalized. You'd have to be stoned to do something that stupid.
