Anyone hiring?

I was wondering why I haven't been seeing many threads of people hiring lately?

I have a few friends/acquaintances, either between jobs or not entirely satisfied where they are at.

These are good people - conscientious, know their job, put 110% and are cool too!! At least 5 years experience with relatively medium-sized to larger companies - remote employees. These are not folks that go out all day and work 2-3 hours - hardworking, dedicated, with good ideas and know about relationship building.
Support/Management/Affiliate Rep/Managers

So anyone hiring? I'll point them to this thread!

I've gotten at least 10 inquiries from people in the biz already working for programs. These are tough times, you gotta be able to bring sales in. I wouldn't be surprised if a lot of programs start cutting dead weight.

We do have an oppenning within sales / marketing, they can send their resumé to [email protected]

Yeah that's something to consider - but I have had jobs that 'grateful to pay my bills' didn't cut it and I could care less if I had to scrub toiletbowls for the next few months if I had to rather than enduring the place I was at. hehehe

Sometimes, if you don't feel like you fit in, it's best to see what's out there. Maybe seeing what 'is' available will make the current job more bearable?

P.S. I got a few people asking if it was for me. For the record, it's not for me.

Well - since they don't want to cause a storm where they are at and aren't having much luck finding the 'gems' that probably aren't posted - I figured I'd make a post to see what's out there.

A dear friend did the same for me awhile back and I couldn't be more grateful for hooking me up with MassiveDollars.

Just thought I'd return the favor for some others that are looking, pondering or desperately seeking.

Tough quandary to be in. But I would have a problem hiring someone like that.

Maybe, if they are so good at what they do they should go independent. That usually works out to be the best in my experience.

CherryLipsRosa 04-28-2008 02:48 PM

Good Luck trixxx, miss u :)

I could, but there is not enough information provided for me to make a determination.

Always makes me wonder about the quality of the affiliate reps in the various programs... seems the only time they reach out is when traffic or sales are down.. otherwise, not a single "Hey! How ya doing?" or what we like to call "Managing The Relationship".

No wonder times are tough... you want to push sales to 110% then manage your affiliates like you manage traffic, and you'll squeeze out more sales than you know.
