Medium Pimpin has one that they let affiliates use that is the best I have seen. Gets past fire fox pop ups it also does pop unders. :thumbsup

Assuming you're using the latest generation browser you'd have to click somewhere etc to get a pop, for these browsers it reacts on user interaction rather then trying to auto-pop since it will only result in "popup blocked" messages which does not exactly add credibility to ones website.

Oh, and this is why it says 30% successful popups and not 100%, it requires user interaction for most browsers which severely decreases the amount of popups depending on the site, some do over 50%+ and some 20%.

Both being better then none :)
