Yahoo would be stupid to walk away from this offer...

IT giant Microsoft recently launched a $41.8bn (£21bn) bid for Yahoo, which has struggled to compete with industry leader Google.

1 . Microsoft CEO Says Walking Away From Yahoo Still An Option..

or

2. Microsoft will go hostile and take the offer directly to shareholders if yahoo turns it down.
