Melissa Midwest dropped from Brooke Skye lawsuit (about dam time!)
 

Just in I was dropped from the Brooke Skye lawsuit! I can?t believe how stupid all this was to begin with and even more stupid were the idiots that took her side when it was clear all along this, was a way to try and get some free money and free publicity (I still have all those screen shots by the way of the idiots that posted all the rude stuff about me) I am pretty sure she settled with Bubba the Love Sponge show and also Sirius Satellite Radio but my attorney was not given the details of what the settlement was. I think they decided on the settlement because even though they (Bubba & Sirius) would have won it wasn?t worth the money, time and press that would have came about. Me on the other hand I wasn?t going to budge I knew I would win because what she was saying was a total lie. Once they figured out I was in it for the long haul and wasn?t giving her a dime they decided to let me out of the suit. Also in the meantime I had filed a bunch of counter claims against Brooke, and well mine were legit and I think they were a little worried that not only would Brooke lose on the one she filed but she was going to lose on all the others I brought against her.

For those who might not know what all this is about here is a quick refresher. We both went on the Bubba show together and I used a dildo on Brooke. She then got mad because Bubba made fun of her the whole show and told her she wasn?t hot and that I was so much better than her and it hurt her feelings. It was a little rude the things he said about her but it?s his show and he can do what he wants not to mention we are in the porn business not a school teacher. Bubba also made fun of her previous webmaster saying he had a little penis so I think that he also got a little mad. They then decided to sue Bubba and Sirius but NOT me right away. They first contacted me and tried to get me to sue Bubba and Sirius with them so they would have a better case and could get more money but I said no because they didn?t do anything wrong. In the end they got mad since I wouldn?t help them with there scam and they then sued me.

Either way it?s over, I was dropped completely from the lawsuit so that?s a big win for me! My site is doing great even their lies couldn?t slow me down. It just sucks that when people know you are making money they always want some of it. I guess some would say that?s not all bad but still a pain.

Now onto other great news I have Adri back she will be an exclusive on WWW.SWEETADRI.COM and no longer working for whoever it was that she was working for. I am not sure anyone really knew who he was lol. I guess it comes down to making money and she was not making any there so it was an easy decision for her. I also signed a new model and plan to launch her site by June 1st her name is Jacquelyn. These are just a couple new things I have in the works there still are a few big ones I don?t want to mention yet. So if you are not promoting me and my sites what are you waiting for? Melissa

I believe she tried saying she was technically "raped" because she was in pain but they wouldn't let her stop, or some nonsense like that. Any one that seen the video could see she could have got up and walked away at any time.

Wouldn't that fall under criminal acts instead of civil? From the looks of what was said, it seemed more like she wanted monetary damages, that's not usually the case from a "rape" or attempted rape case other than medical bills?

In the suit, filed in October 2006, Miller claimed Clem forced her to perform a sex act on the air. During the incident, Midwest reportedly used a dildo on Miller, who said the act was done against her will and the sex toy was too big and caused injuries.

In addition to Clem and Midwest, the suit also named Sirius and staff members from the "Bubba the Love Sponge" show as defendants. Miller asked for $15,000 in damages.

That's a pretty silly reason for 2 companies to enter a lawsuit. Their should have been a serious fist fight at the time.. and then maybe some suing for hospital bills after...

This industry is a little sue happy... What happens when you go to sue someone who happens to have unbelievable lawyers and doesn't back down?

Post said you had a counter claim against her in the litigation. That would stand even if the original claim against you was dropped. So I assume you dropped your claim too. I'm not an attorney so this does not represent a legal opinion.

On a different note, many actions can be fought on a civil and criminal basis. OJ won his criiminal case and lost the civil action over the same event. Still not an attorney.....
