For those who wouldn't get the resemblance Sir Humphrey Appleby is the ultimate master of manipulation in probably the best political satire series ever made and my personal all time favourite - Yes Minister.

That would be "Yes, Prime Bitchister". I have all 3 seasons of "Yes, Minister." It's rare that a show is so dry I can't sit and watch it, but, man, this comes close. Quite enjoyable, though.
