server managed in isprime - Alternative with less $ ?

Hello,

i actually rent a server, managed from support, in isprime.

Are many years i work with isprime and i have to admit the support is great, fast and helpfull.

BUT, isprime ask good money.

And except set up domains/ftp account/database mysql sometimes, i don't need a "super support".

In 3 months i will have to pay another year (i pay in advance, to save money), but this time my business not work at all in a good way, so i have to SAVE MORE MONEY.

And a way to save money is change from isprime to another server rented and managed, but from a company who can give good support, but better price.

And to move from my isprime server to the new one, support will have to do for me, also move the mysql databases and make the sites work fine in the new server.

Anyone have idea and suggestion about?

Ah, i dont need more of 10mbit/s included.

Thanks and i hope to get some good suggestion.

Best Regards.

If you just need basic support, I can recommend WebAir. They can do basic managed/security/etc just fine - and they're a hell of a lot cheaper if you don't mind cogent.

I agree with what the poster above said....I bet if you drop isprime an email and just tell them the same thing you told us then they will work something out with you. What you dont want to happen is to pick the wrong host and have nothing but problems. If you are happy with everything but the price give them a chance to fix it.

I agree. Tell them your situation and see what they say.

Isprime have been great over the years ... top notch support and you really do get what you pay for.

Though I have to agree with the pricing, there are other equally top notch hosts (natnet springs to mind) who charge a lot less now, and we recently moved. They did offer to knock a bit off our monthly pricing, but was still way above what other top notch hosts were offering. No complaints about Isprime though .. couldn't have wished for a better host, and their support/reliability was always A+

If money isn't a consideration then couldn't reccomend them more :)

Someone at isprime will be seeing this thread shortly & no doubt contacting you.

Hopefully they can work something out with you.

No doubt times are tough right now & we all need to save our pennies. We can thank Bush & gas prices.

Isprime, Natnet, Mojohost & Webair ....you just can't go wrong with :thumbsup

There is always an alternative for the bigger better deal so I would suggest sticking with what works and work on getting a better deal with what you have. I am sure like stated above that isprime will work something out with a loyal webmaster. try contacting [email protected] good luck:winkwink:
