EU companies ... advice needed

Do any of you have corporations in the EU? IF so which county (your opinion) of the EU offer the most benefits, anonymity, safety, etc. And why?

I would say Netherlands. Dutch legal system offers variety of flexible corporate structures and forms, ways to optimize your taxes and secure your business operations. We are in the process of creation of a company right now. Most of the average foreign investors go for B.V. which stands for Besloten Vennootschap which is actually equivalent of Closed Joint-Stock Company. You can PM me if you are seriously interested and I'll give you contacts of reliable lawyer, who specializes in opening companies, which operate in this industry.
Best regards.

Lots of countries you can have trustees in the public filing - the most expensive countries (northern europe) have the best and most secure solutions, but are also the most expensive.

What kind of business are you looking to start? If its adult, then there are alot of countries to stay away from.

Too many variables in game, if you ever wanted to get registered in Czech Rep to get use of the hassle free legal enivironment, one of my best friends has an agency that takes care of everything, including the deposit.

So he can get you registered for as much as 2 000 EUR.

Hit me up if interested..
