Which would you Choose....opportunity or comfort?
 

If you had the choice, hypothetical situation - if someone approached you and gave you an ultimatum...

a) 200k/yr and opportunity for $ (rest of your life) within US (living comfortable with some luxuries)

or

b) Beach front living, retired in a tropical climate for rest of your life (no need or need to worry of money)

Which would you choose and why?

A.

I'd be so bored after 2 weeks. Try taking a 2-4 week vacation to a tropical island and you'll be longing for your laptop and internet back within days.

I need something to do. Plus with my frequent battles with Murphy I would end up stung by some strange insect and driven close to death but not far enough to get there and be stuck in pain with a constant temp in hot balmy weather.

B.

That's what we're all working towards anyways. Not needing to worry about money just makes it easier to invest and play around with ;)

Plus 200k/yr is alot or a little depending on where and how you live

If B means I could also travel everywhere with unlimited budget I'd go for that. But I can't just live at the same place forever. Even if it's paradise. I have the urge to explore the world.
