We're currently have 400 models interested in posing nude/topless or in lingerie.
Most of our models are 18-30 and are slim to average in size. But we also have girls up to 50. They are all types of girls, white, black, asian and everything in between.
The girls also range from thin to BBW.

Our site will be online in 1-2 weeks as we're taking submission and getting ready to sell sponsors their content. All content comes with 2257 docs (photo ID and release form).
Also when a model submits photos she also includes some information about herself and thought on the shoot (like a diary) for sponsors to use on their site.

Sponsors will be able to post requests for specific positions or sets. They can choose to have these exclusive from the model or non exclusive via our website.

Since this stuff is self shot and no production represenative will be checking ID's in person, do you consider minors submitting edited ID's to be a threat?

Hi Matt, thats for bring that up.
Yes, I do consider it a threat and if my staff have any dougts about the models age they go thought some steps that we have setout to verify the girls age.

I have 5 temp staff in the USA, 1 in Canada that will be able to check on a girls age in person.
If she's only submitting 1 set that we wouldn't bother, but if she had 5+ sets then we take the steps to go visit the model and get real proof.

It might seem like a long way around this, but it's really the only way to make this legal for everyone.

Sounds like a pretty solid way. I have seen Chad Belville post how there are people you can pay to verify the info on ID's that I guess have access to the state databases or something. That might save sending people out.

Six "temps" to cover all of North America. :Oh crap What happens when one of your "temps" drives 800 miles to check an ID and the girl is not home? Do you pay mileage? I can't see how this could be even close to profitable for you.

My temps are a good spead apart, they also find my models for me, so if I send them to a place to review the models details and she's not there at least we know it's fake. Plus the temp can find other models in the area while she's there. Win win for everyone.

Which lawyer did you contact to draw up a legal release, legal advice on each State and better ways of getting documents verified other than 1 person per half a million square miles?

Im not going to hire 52 temps to verify models. That would just be insane.
When needed my temps will fly to the state required to verify the models details.
While they are there, they will do recurting for me to find more models.
I might only send 1 temp around and that person will do 1 state at a time.

Also, 1 of the temps is traveling around the USA so if she's passing the state the model is in then it's easy then having someone fly there to do the same job.

I'm not going to name the lawyers we use. That's non of your business.

Perhaps you could have the models go to a notary public and have a copy of their ID notarized. They can authenticate other documents so why not the age on an ID?

I'm afraid it is the business of anyone who links to this hair brained scheme of yours that the model is legal, IN THE STATE HE OR SHE RESIDES, and of legal age, using legal documents and the name of the lawyers you have advising you.

Sorry to piss on your scheme. My advice is you give a lot more details out than you have so far. This is something that could end up with people doing jail time or/and getting sued.

Safest bet is to just bill it as "amateur" as the primary strategy then break down some categories. Amateur is in its own way a solid niche or rather defined well enough for folks to know it is an interesting grab bag.
