What Killer Applications have you bought in your life?
 

I am so thinking of buying an xbox again just for gta iv.

the reason i sold my last one is because i was on there too long.

What killer applications have you bought in you life that the hardware came along with it just for the ride?

1. Xbox360 Elite. - A blast to play online and also solo ..
2. WII - The ultimate party game for drunken friends to enjoy here.
3. 40 Inch Sony LCD TV - Just for the xbox. Totally worth the cash spent :thumbsup

So, you buy things for what they can do rather than the pretty box they're in? I guess I missed the point. Sure, I get that you buy "A" because you want "B", which "A" can do. I guess I thought that was the norm

I'd define 'killer apps' as anything that helps me turn a profit.

In which case, I'd hafta' go with the original Aldus Photostyler2.0 (which I still use to this day) and its bastardized offspring Pshop7. Bought copies of both back in the day.

Can't say I've ever really bought hardware to support software, except maybe making sure I have an up to date video card in my PC.
