Chronopay.com in deadpool?
starting from 25th of April they have stopped processing new transactions and rebills
at first we were given the following explanation (on 28th of April): == the merchant settings have been changed, we are trying to resolve this issue with the bank. Today the situation should be resolved == since then they have stopped replying to our emails. They don't answer their phone also. we have thousands of rebills stuck in their system for quite a lot of money and they have disappeared like that. Does anyone know what happened? Is anyone in the similar situation as we are? we have worked for 3 years with this company and we didn't expect that they will interrupt the service this way |

When I first got in touch with Chronopay about 3rd party processing a couple years back, I was pretty sure it wasn't gonna last. From what I heard from others is that their upstream for 3PP was with standardpay who made a business out of hiding the nature of transactions with merchant banks, although that might not be true (since I heard it on the internets). But they did offer MID accounts -- are you on MID or 3rd party with them?

I've got an answer from them and now our processing is restored, more than 2 weeks of no processing though... |
