Go to The Home Depot they have alot of BBQs on sale and quite a few in you price range.
|
350 for a grill? Dude, get stainless and you won't have to buy a grill every 3-4 years. You buy a cheap one it will fall apart in a few years.

Go Kingsford or go to the kitchen.

Weber Spirit with the stainless burner, flavorizer bars, and grill.
Webers last a long time |
I LOVVVEEEEE mine, I am cooking it up almost every night on it. The weather here just makes me want to BBQ all the time.

Check Consumer Reports first.
Blue Ember has a "best buy" designation. |
Gas grill, yuck.

I've only eaten off of a gas grill once in my life but the meat was delicious....I hear that you can put some kind of rocks down there to help flavor the meat when the meat fat drips on it.....
I always use charcoal....It's the only way to go for me... |

when they bend like that, they are done. lets eat! :thumbsup |
go to Costco if you have one there. your budget will get you a nice grill with the burners on the outside too.

as we get closer to memorial day weekend you will see some good sales.. see if you can hold out a couple of weeks....
|
It's all about BTUs and cooking surface. The worst thing you can do is buy a grill that has a small cooking surface. If you have a BBQ with more than a few folks, you'll end up standing at the grill all fucking day.

I just got a brinkmann 6345, has a side burner and all stainless steel. I paid double the price cause it is Costa Rica but i love it so far :)

James -
Spend a hundred or so extra and get a mid grade Weber. Hit me up on ICQ ofr more details. I would stay FAR away from charbroil as their grills are crap and will rust out quickly. This weber will suit your needs: http://www.homedepot.com/webapp/wcs/...ctId=100497511 The big deal is you won't have to deal with flare ups with the flavorizer bars they have. Weber holds heat well and will get to sear temp very quick. A gas grill is like a hooker, you want to get in and get out quick.... and with the least flare ups possible;-) |

+1 ... i got one at lowes, and kicks ass, and gets lots of compliments, great for steak/chicken etc... |
My grill arrived today.. Bought it from Amazon with Free shipping...
I went with the Weber Genesis E320 Gas Grill, which cost twice what I originally wanted to spend, but came highly recommended. All I need to do know is learn how to cook. http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/...LL._SS400_.jpg |
Smart choice, weber's kick ass
