a question about ICQ
 

can a stalker spy on someones ICQ? I was chatting with someone on ICQ and then the next thing you know their 'internet stalker' hit me up to get on my contact list... someone that I haven't heard from for quite some time... seems like to much to be a coincidence to me... ? -bmb

There are trojan/virus-like applications that allow people to passively monitor, or actively control, someone's Windoze PC.

There may be a less sinister reason... is it possible the stalker was chatting with your friend and mentioned you?

they do not chat. it ended very badly. hence the stalking etc...
