Yep, grunting is bad. Some people full on scream while doing the reps. Weirdos.
Today I was next to a guy that had some type of belching issue. Every 20-30 secs he let out a huge burp. I believe he had some type of chronic issue, but still, if I had something that peculiar I'd just stay home forever. |
