As of late I have been reading a lot that some people think Splitinfinity is disappearing into the night and I would like to let everyone know that this is not the truth. :error
Here is a letter from our CEO posted a couple months back. I hope this fixes all confusion. If you have any questions please feel free to contact me on aim, icq or directly to my cell phone. We have built a new data center as well, its very nice. The building we are in has a lot of history behind it as well being that it use to be run by Steve Cohen many moons ago." |

I been trying to get ahold of anyone over there for days now. Actually about a week. The whole other company what ever it is totally sucks balls, no phone support, no chat support, no live support... Your service is great over the last few years however as of over 2 weeks ago its gone down hill 100%. I am not able to loggin via FTp, Check my email and you are not even billing me at this point and over the weekend my site went down all together. That spumante cum guzzling website for tech support is why Hosting companies eat shit and die. If you can plz hit me up. |

All this is not even a big fucking deal its a lame little virtual account for like $9.95 a month or something.
I have hosted with Split for almost 2 years now? I am not sure, its not even a big deal, but just the the same the support system does not work dude. I do not even have a user and password for the ticket system or any clue about what it should be. It does not recognise [email protected], nor the password, nor did the system offer to send me the password. I am not expert on Hosting or even customer support but I do think a phone line should be available on that page you linked above. I went to that page yesterday the day before and today. I clicked the live chat system and it hangs up on me boots me out of the room. All those links on there? I dunno... I click and says sorry you must be logged the fuck in... Sorry man, I think you guys can do better than hide behind antiquated automated processes that is appearently unreliable. I known you for a couple years Joel why did ya guys just turn everything off without even contacting me? Why didnt ya respond to my ICQ message? Whats so fucking hard about putting a business support phone number right on that page or ICQ contacts or just about anything but a broken java chat system with links that require a person to loggin? |

Have you tried calling the support number I left on the thread? No you have not. Have you tried calling the same number that is listed on our website? No you have not. Have you tried registering a new user for the ticket system? I doubt it. Fact is our support does not suck, we have customer's sending in tickets all the time and giving us phone calls. Nothing in our support has changed from the name change Splitinfinity to Suavemente. It is the same staff + 3. Still been on ICQ and AIM all night still no msg :thumbsup |

Just for fun I called the number Joel posted in the thread... weird announcing voice, is that synthesized? Anyway, estimated hold time was 8 mins. I don't know whether that's good, or bad.
