FasterFox - Makes Firefox Faster
ScribeFire - Great plugin for updating your blogs a easy way....
Gmail Notifier - Checks your gmail for new mails.
FaviconizeTab - "When it is clicked, The width of the tab becomes small up to the size of favicon."
FoxMarks - Syncronize your bookmarks on all your computers. Also you dont have to backup your bookmarks when formating.
FlashBlock - Block flash until you click on it.

I caught my firefox grabbing up 1.6 GIGABYTES of memory the other day.. ;)

i use 2 extensions, adblock and a custom one that makes it so i can update my sites via it, instead of an admin on my site
