June 4th is what I'm hearing.. Are you gonna sell / upgrade? I hear 3g drains the shit out of battery life though... What do you think?

I heard it should have been out this month but that was last year sometime, not heard anything since. I'll wait til I hear how much it drains the battery first

i have heard/read the same shit about battery life

there's no logical reason why 3G shouldn't have been in the first one... other companies had it at the time. fuck ATT, fuck that unlocking bullshit... give me the new HTC and plenty of sprint rebates. I installed the latest maps and Garmin Mobile XT on my wifes mogul earlier today... A phone thats been out for a while, has full keyboard along with GPS and 3G that's been out for quite a while now...

3g ( and its broza HSDPA ) its just a feature u can turn off , ya it eats more of a battery where the coverage is poor.

I'm trying to find a date for the Touch Diamond hitting Sprint...any ideas?

Yeah, my boss just gave two of us 16gb iphones for hitting the sales quota this month.. Thank god for 30 day return policy. I hope apple offers some sort of upgrade program. Otherwise I'm gonna be sooo pissed.

I check every few days, at this point I only qualify for the $75 off the phone BUT when you're paying $48/mnth for TWO phones with unlimited txt, internet, nights/wknds and do a ton of laptop tethering like I do if I find out these new phones have faster internet or better reception I don't really care what it costs because worst case I'll setup another person on a SERO plan and "sell" them my phone. More like give them my phone in exchange for using their rebates on a new phone. Pair that with some time on the phone to get the numbers on the phones switched and its the easiest upgrade plan I know of.

we still cannot get an iphone in Holland (only hacked ones). Really stupid from Apple to go country by country with such a great invention; just gives their competitors more time to make similar or better phones. I hear the blackberry 9000 is the iphone killer

Yeah, we're on the SERO plan too and will be until Sprint goes out of business. :1orglaugh

I'm up for a new phone in June with another 2 year extension. I just replaced my Treo for $50, so that help me hold out until the Diamond is available. The other option is the new Samsung that should be available soon too. I'm leaning more towards the HTC.

I will also consider upgrading. My current iPhone rocks!
