I've talked with a few people today complaining that they can't access cash from ATM's anyone else having issues?

Mine worked at TacoBell last night, but didnt try withdrawing last night.

Tried to pay with it on the gas station and got declined. Tried it on 2 different ATM´s later and got declined too.

Nothing posted on the site about issues. Go figure.

just tried the ATM and it did not work - no reason given either and there is more than enough $$ in the acct.

I just talked to them on the phone. You are not going to believe this. I asked them why I could not withdraw money and they said

"Our card server is down, and we do not know what the problem is so no one will be able to withdraw money from machines for at least 24 - 48 hours because *we don't know what the problem is*"

When asked if they did not have back up servers or anything I was just simply told that "I am a customer service rep and don't know anything about it, I'm just relaying what I am told to tell customers"

Never thought to ask if it would still work at stores etc. but he was specific about the banking machines.

lol no actually was on the way back from the sex store buying Dixie a smaller toy for her camshows. She was getting sore from the sticky sized toy. :winkwink:

has it been 30 days since the "send in your info" bullshit yet?

I had an email back from them and it said nothing about the issues. They are all over the place.

I managed to get some money out this morning but tried again this evening with no luck.

Pull out guys. Don't wait, it's time to get out. Epass is sinking hard and fast.

Ya same for me. They took care of the docs thing. Sure this new issue will be cleared up shortly. Havent tried mine out this morning so can't say one way or the other if not working.

Our backend processor had a technical issue and the problem have been solved. Your visa cards should be working now. We apologize for the inconvenience.

when i login to my epass it says i still owe docs tho and when i click it says "Other" i have to submit ... not a clue wtf they want lol

I think "other" was the utility bill showing your name and address on it.

i got some cash from epass out of an atm a few hours ago without any issues

Not sure, I got an email saying everything was approved. I had only sent in a new id photo.

Yeah I hear you on that, can't blame her for wanting to go a bit smaller. The show was going really well too, so by the looks of things she's going to be using a toy quite frequently. :thumbsup

I withdrew money today from an ATM with no problem.

Earlier today the ATM withdraw option didn't worked but now its working fine here.
