*Investors Wanted* For Website Marketplace That Is Adult Friendly - 95% Complete

My partner and I have spent the last 9 months working on and putting together an extremely comprehensive and cutting edge website marketplace that stands head and shoulders above our competition and now we are looking for a monetary boost to quickly finish off the project, effectively market it and get it launched in early June.

Our marketplace will be one of the few (if not the only) that will actually be open to Adult websites which is why I figured this investment opportunity may appeal to the crowd at GFY.

We are seeking $4,000 to $5,000 and are more than willing to negotiate the terms of repayment and ROI. It is also a possibility to gain partner status and stick with us even after your investment is repaid if that is of interest to you.

Basically we are at the forefront of an internet real estate boom and the website buying and selling industry is expected to flourish over the next 5 years. We have the potential to grow our company to the point of doing millions of dollars worth of transactions by the end of the year (SitePoint Marketplace is currently doing millions a month and continually growing and they have cut off the Adult industry completely).

So if you have the spare funds and want a fun, unique and promising investment to add to your portfolio shoot me a PM or email at [email protected] and we can go from there.

I am based in the US and my partner is based in Australia. We are honest guys and have been working very hard to get this website to where it is today, we are just looking for some funds to kick our site off right away.

Feel free to post any questions or comments you may have or to let me know your interested.

So honest in fact, that you can't secure a loan through a normal bank? :2 cents:

Yea, yea, yea, I knew I'd get people like you posting and was hesitant to use the word 'honest' because I figured people like you would call me out on it but did anyway because it's the truth.

We are more than willing to sign contracts and do the transaction legitimately as well as show examples of all the work we've got up to now.

We actually already have plans to meet up with a bank next week and secure the funds but I would prefer going through a private investor because its much less of a hassle.

Burridge: I said millions in transactions not profit. We just take a tiny percentage of those transactions as profit.

You actually sound kind of shady asking for such a small sum like $4K. You'd be better off asking for $40K and try to convince someone you were serious.

Hell if I really wanted to and I had no money i'd take out a 5k credit line... They throw them at me.. With an insanely low interest rate... And then if the site gets popular or sells it's more money in my pocket.. I rather not borrow from a person..

Hell you have a partner already so it's only $2k a person...

And selling adult domains is not new. Sites for that purpose exist already...

I was thinking the exact same thing, but I am sure everyone else is smart enough to figure that out for themselves.

Jim_Gunn: Really? Yea, like I said it's already 95% complete, we've used a lot of our own funds and don't really need more than $5,000. That amount is plenty to get our site launched, marketed and turning a profit. $40,000 would be overkill but I see where you're coming from. Thanks for the input.

Ask your mom for $2,500. Tell your partner to do the same.

Problem solved.

I was actually thinking the same. You don't have a credit card with a 5k limit?

You're going to be the cutting edge but don't have $5000 to get started? Sigh.
