Has everyone completed their epassporte verification?
 

They kind of annoyed me today. I use epass for a lot of things and like it. I have never had a problem with them before, but this kind of pisses me off. When you go to their page that tells you what docs you need you download a document and fill it out then scan it and upload it. On that document it gives you two options as far as what other docs you need to upload. I picked option 2 because it was easiest. Scanned and uploaded the docs and send them a message letting them know it is done. They reply back that I still have to upload all the other stuff they want. Why? Why give 2 options if you have to do both?

For those that have done this when you scan your checking account statement did you black out all the amounts and numbers other than your name and the account number? I'm going to. They can verify, fine, but it is none of their business how much (or little) money I have in the account. If you did this did they accept it? Also I don't even have a credit card so I can't give them a credit card statement. I wrote them and told them all this. It should be interesting to see what they say.

I did my verification long time ago,so i didnt need to do anything this time.

I doubt everyone did it, epass funds are getting harder and harder to come by since this happened.

Uploaded all my docs yesterday.

You can black out the amounts ect.

Yep, me too, it was long time ago. I remember I had to fill out some forms, scan documents and also have "good standing" balance.

What is this epassporte that you speak about? lol.. I have not used them in a while. Alot cheaper then using PP.

I just heard back from them. It appears all I needed was one more doc that goes along with what I had already uploaded so everything should be find now. They got back to me pretty quickly too which is nice.

They never asked me for anything

We have been trying to get our epassporte Registration finalized for nearly a Month, last week they said your all set and the owner sent in the wire transfer and still they have left us hanging. Now I have people trying to pay with epassorte (banner ads etc for the month of June) and come to find out we are still not finalized! I know that the owner it pulling his hair out over it!

I know many webmaster request to pay with epassporte, but wow they seem a little poor in the customer service area - that is IMO only!

Been putting it off as I don't own a scanner, need to plan a time to go scan at a buddy's house :Oh crap

They reviewed and approved it the second day after I uploaded the requested docs.

same here... you guys do get that message in the main admin screen right after logging in right? just making sure i didnt miss it or something

Yep. There is a message right on the main screen after you log in. I think they sent me an email too. I'm not sure how they identify who to verify and who not to. I have never loaded my epass, I just get payments and make withdrawals through it.

Update:
After checking my account right after my previous post I logged in and saw that my account has now been verified. That was pretty quick. Monday I uploaded my docs. On weds I was told I needed some other stuff. I wrote back and got clarification then this morning I uploaded one more thing for them and it was done.

Took me 10 minutes,no biggy

We haven't done it as of yet, I have just been putting it off

I have no problem sending in copies of ids and credit cards

I have been using the same account since I started , nothing has changed.

Either I am reading it wrong or they want ALL kinds of info, some I do not feel comfy giving out ..

For Example..... A Copy of My Last Months Checking Account Statement :disgust

Last day to verify your account if you have the request on the welcome page is Friday the 30th.
You can upload copy of ID and a copy of a recent statement or utility bill with your name and address on it and we will review it.

If you have not uploaded the documents please do it as soon as possible to avoid your account being blocked.

To ensure documents are reviewed in a timely manner we will accept a copy of ID and statement/utility bill only at this time.

i did this once before and they still asked for me to do it again
but i got them to wave it

Michael, I only just got a new bank account now I haven't got a statement as of yet only what I can download online that doesn't show my account name and such. Do I have to go into my bank and get one?

If you can submit a utility bill or similar with you name and address on it it will be fine.
We need something that have traveled through the mail with your name and address on it.

my friend wants a gift account, can he specify as his address and have the ATM card delivered to a PO Box ?

I went to my bank and got them to print out a statement with my name and address on it and submitted a copy of my Drivers license.
