SHIPPAGAN, New Brunswick (AP)?Luc Bourdon, a promising rookie defenseman with the Vancouver Canucks, was killed Thursday when his motorcycle struck a tractor-trailer in a crash near his hometown. He was 21.

I've seen it a few times with inexperienced bike riders who don't know how to properly lean in when entering a curve. They just go straight and wipe out or hit something.

Shame, he had a promising career ahead.
