video program to batch shorten videos?
 

Anyone know of a batch program for videos to shorten the length?
I have a ton of video clips that are 1 minute long.
I want to turn all of the 1 minute videos into 30 second clips.
So for example I can batch 100 one minute clips and get out 100 thirty second clips

Is there any batch programs that can do this?

How could it a program possibly accomplish that without losing half of the video clip length? WHy not just auto-split your 100 one minute clips in two with a program like Videocharge which will result in two hundred 30-second clips, and then you delete half the resulting 200 clips, like say every other one to get back to 100 if you really want?
