dsl networking question
Ok, Im trying to use a sonicwall SOHO2 to share access of my dsl line. I got it all set up properly and encountered that I could find websites, but after that the pages would just hang. Serives like icq worked, but getting to websites did not.
So, I did a little investigating and found out my LAN ip address needed to be pingable in order to have a session with my isp. I made the changes and got some sites to work and some still wouldnt load. Any suggestion on how to fix this? Its obviously my ISP taking measures to not allow a shared connection without me buying their hardware. Please help |
What OS are you using?

xp, and also, nothing would work until I set the gateway to the soho2, even though I was running dhcp on the soho.
