Odd it was slow for Tony too both in Atlanta. For me it plays instantly and I can scroll anywhere in the vid.

I had folks in Atlanta and Alabama test it and the performance was fine for them.

The issue with Jays stuff seems to be with the page loading slow, not the video, when the page loads the video seems to be downloading fine.
