Looks like Brian spent a couple weekends building his block tower in the middle of a public, library style location, with no fence or rope-offs... in a school.

Just to comment.. The reason this happened is because of the idiots lack of respect for his surroundings..

I see this all the time every day wherever I go people walk around and move without looking or having a fucking clue where they are going... They end up walking into people, falling over, etc..

i love how the dude just walks out wiht his shoulders slumped lol
